Changing the Help Section.

   I am now currently working in Netbeans making, and committing changes to the actual help section of U_Pb Redux. I am making little changes just to get used to making changes and making sure they are made to the help section and committed correctly.

   I will be allowed to make more changes once the questions are answered correctly from my Word Document.

That  Word document has been added to a Google Docs for that purpose. It will for faster responses for the many unanswered question in the help. This will help the users better understand the program and how to operate the functions within it.
